Catherine Gratwicke trained as a textile designer using photography as inspiration for her woven designs. She then worked for a textile design consultancy as a designer and photographer before turning to a full time career in photography.

Catherine's innate sense of beauty, graphic eye and passion for texture and colour allow her to create striking and distinctive images which have made her much in demand with leading magazines, book publishers and interior companies.
